Return Policy – Studio Oura
You have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of your intention to return, and a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping to our warehouse in Asia is at the customer’s expense. This information is clearly stated prior to checkout.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@studio-oura.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
Returns to Our Asian Warehouse
Return shipping costs, including any customs duties, must be covered by the customer. By placing an order, you agree to this process. If a return is made without paying the customs duties, the parcel will be held at customs and will not reach our warehouse – this means we will not be able to issue a refund. The customer bears the risk of damage or loss of return shipments. Any such claims must be handled directly with the courier.
To avoid delays or failed returns, please ensure that all return shipments are clearly marked and any customs fees are fully paid. If customs duties are not paid in full, the parcel will not be released, and no refund can be processed. This condition is clearly stated prior to purchase.
Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been issued, as the package has already been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@studio-oura.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased during promotions such as Black Friday, Christmas Sale, New Year Sale, or bundle deals (e.g., Buy 1+1, 1+2, 2+1 Free). This does not affect your statutory rights in case of faulty or incorrect items. In cases where customer service has offered an exceptional resolution (e.g., replacement shipment), no further refund or return can be requested for the replacement. Misuse of Bundle Deals (2-pack / 3-pack Offers)
Ordering multiple sizes of the same product variant using bundle offers is not permitted. Abuse of these promotions for personal gain may result in returns being accepted only in exchange for store credit, which will be added to your account once your return has been received in good condition and confirmed by our team.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Incorrect Delivery / Address Information
If your order is returned due to incorrect shipping or address details and the package arrives back at our warehouse, we offer two options:

We can reship your order for free once the returned item is received.

Alternatively, we offer 115% store credit of the original order value. Full refunds are not possible once an order has been fulfilled.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If a dispute arises regarding our products/services, the costs for resolving the dispute will be split evenly between the two parties unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Store Credit System
If a customer chooses store credit, it will automatically be issued to their account for future use. Store credits do not expire. Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash, and orders made with store credit cannot be refunded or returned. If incorrect products were received when using store credit, contact info@studio-oura.com so we can investigate and offer a suitable solution.
Filing a Dispute Before Contacting Us
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at info@studio-oura.com before initiating any payment dispute (such as a chargeback or claim via your payment provider). This allows us to resolve the issue more quickly and efficiently.
Please note that initiating a dispute without prior communication may delay resolution and could complicate the processing of future orders.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before a tracking number has been issued.
