How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery time ranges between 6 and 14 business days after dispatch.
Update: Most orders to the UK arrive sooner than expected – typically within 9 business days from shipment.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

If more than 14 business days have passed since your order was dispatched and you still haven’t received it, please email us at info@studio-oura.com. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you further.

I want to return or exchange my order – how does it work?

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service via info@studio-oura.com. Please include your full name, order number (e.g., #1000), and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the process. You can then return the product via any courier of your choice.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The exact cost depends on the courier you choose. You can find price information directly on the courier's website.

What are the conditions for returning products?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to initiate a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods will be shown during checkout. We use secure and trusted payment providers, so all transactions are encrypted and safe.

I haven’t received my order confirmation – what should I do?

Didn’t get an email confirmation? First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, send us an email at info@studio-oura.com with your full name and the email address used during checkout – we'll sort it out quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Want to cancel your order? Email us at info@studio-oura.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g. #1000), and your reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. Once handed over to the courier, the parcel typically takes 1–3 business days to appear in the live tracking system.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for the tracking to become active in the courier’s system.

Are there any customs fees?
All orders are shipped from outside the UK. In rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release the package if required.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless explicitly stated in the promotion or offer.
